Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 今年，我省高招艺术类专业批次分为：艺术本科提前批、艺术本科批和艺术专科批。其中，艺术本科提前批为使用校考成绩的院校、专业和戏曲类省际联考专业。也就是说，考生必须要有校考合格证才能报考艺术本科提前批。艺术本科批为使用省统考成绩的本科院校及专业；艺术专科批为使用省统考成绩的艺术类专科院校及专业。洛阳市教育考试中心二级主任科员高冰南说，这就意味着，考生在进行志愿填报时，不要过度依赖往年录取分数线。
